Teacher as a Researcher Workshop

The concept of the teacher as researcher redefines educators as active inquirers rather than passive implementers of curriculum.

Through observation, documentation, reflection, and dialogue, teachers generate knowledge about children‛s learning and their own practice. This workshop introduces educators to teacher research as a way to co-construct curriculum, strengthen professional identity, and advocate for equity and inclusion.
