This workshop invites educators to embrace their role as researchers—using observation, reflection, and inquiry to deepen everyday practice. Grounded in the British Columbia Early Learning Framework, participants will explore how documentation and dialogue support more responsive, inclusive, and meaningful learning.

Through reflection and practical strategies, educators will strengthen their ability to co-construct curriculum and grow their professional identity with intention.
