Duration: 1.5 hours
Leadership in early childhood education is not just about titles or formal roles; it is about vision, collaboration, advocacy, and reflective practice. Effective leaders inspire colleagues, build strong relationships with families, and create environments where children and educators thrive.
This workshop explores what it means to be a leader in early learning, drawing on the BC Early Learning Framework (ELF). Through readings, scenarios, and reflective activities, participants will examine leadership as both professional responsibility and democratic practice that empowers educators, families, and children.
