Grounded in the British Columbia Early Learning Framework, educators will reflect on how relationships, environments, and everyday interactions support emotional development and a sense of safety and belonging.

Through real scenarios and practical strategies, educators will strengthen their ability to understand behavior as communication and respond with empathy, confidence, and intention.
