Duration: 3 hours
This workshop explores the evolving role of educators within Reggio Emilia–inspired environments, grounded in the work of Malaguzzi, Rinaldi, Vecchi, Gandini, Cadwell, and Moss, and aligned with the BC Early Learning Framework.
Educators examine what it means to act as researchers, listeners, collaborators, and reflective leaders who co-construct knowledge with children. Through dialogue, hands-on activities, and key readings, participants reflect on how daily practices, documentation, and relationships shape a democratic, caring, and curious pedagogical culture where children’s voices and ideas guide learning.
