Grounded in the British Columbia Early Learning Framework, this workshop supports educators in understanding why behaviors occur and how to respond with calm, relationship-based approaches.

Through reflection and practical strategies, educators will strengthen their ability to support children in everyday classroom situations with confidence and care.
